BEGINNING RUNNING ACCELERATION PROGRAM (8-10 years old)
Pre/Post Tests
8 Super Treadmill Sessions & 6 Plyometric Sessions.
Recommended 2 visits/week. Program lasts 8 weeks.
RUNNING ACCELERATION PROGRAM (Level 1)
Pre/Post Tests
12 Super Treadmill Sessions & 6 Plyometric Sessions.
Recommended 3 visits/week. Program lasts 6-8 weeks.
RUNNING ACCELERATION PROGRAM (Level 2-5)
Pre/Post Tests
12 Super Treadmill Sessions (incorporating sprint cords).
8 Plyometric Sessions (including weighted plyos and plyo press.)
Recommended 3 visits/week. Program lasts 6-7 weeks.
LONG DISTANCE/RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
Training Protocols are tailored to the events: 800m & 1500m, cross-country, and marathon
12 Super Treadmill Sessions

PLYOMETRIC PROGRAM
